Gun Resprite

No more Hasbro Plastic Toy looking guns.

changes:

• rscadd: "Resprites the laser rifle, energy carbine, laser shotgun, energy rifle, lawgiver, grenade launcher, combat shotgun, bullpup carbine, 9mm SMG, LWAP, plasma bolter, grenade launcher and plasma slammer."
• bugfix: "Grenade launcher now has a back sprite."
• tweak : "You now need to wield the grenade launcher to pump it. No more one-handed pumping."
• tweak : "You can now wield the plasma slammer. To look cool."

Please add before and after screenshots to PR description, as this is a pretty big resprite (imo).
Icondiffbot pics are very tiny, and they will be deleted some time in the future (like a month).

Would it be possible to see how these new sprites look like in-game, meaning: With security gear on, on the most common background (our grey floor tiles).
While the sprites are obviously good, the old ones create a contrast that makes them very easily readable, which in my opinion is pretty good. The new ones may melt together with grey in black in black in grey, if you get what I mean.
