Untangling Calypso: Holdout Test and 1st Batch of Duplicate Views Removed

This is a sub-task originated from #95478 to tidy up the Connecting the Dots board, and to make tracking issues more readable and univocally related to a project thread.

This project aims to eliminate duplicate views between the Calypso interface and the WordPress admin (WordPress admin) interface to streamline the user experience and reduce confusion. Currently, users encounter similar or overlapping functionalities in both Calypso and WordPress admin, which lead to inconsistencies in managing their sites.

In this issue, we are creating the foundational holdout test for the post-onboarding Untangled experience. 90% of the users will gradually get Untangled screens; 10% will keep their current experience.

Alongside the holdout test, we'll also include a 1st batch of Untangled views:

• Posts
• Categories
• Tags
• Pages
• Comments
• Testimonials
• Portfolio
• ...and the editor iframe when accessed from these post types.

Treatment users will get the wp-admin versions of these views, without option to toggle back to Calypso.
