Overview/Summary

This pull request includes changes to the eslzArm and docs/wiki directories to remove the Azure Policy Add-on for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters. The most important changes include removing the AKS policy from the eslz-portal.json and eslzArm.json files, and updating the Whats-new.md documentation file.

Policy removal:

• eslzArm/eslz-portal.json: Removed the enableAscForDns and enableAksPolicy options, which enabled Microsoft Defender for Cloud for DNS and the Azure Policy Add-on for AKS clusters, respectively. [1] [2] [3]
• eslzArm/eslzArm.json: Removed the enableAksPolicy parameter and its associated assignments and deployments. [1] [2] [3] [4]
• eslzArm/managementGroupTemplates/policyAssignments/DINE-AksPolicyPolicyAssignment.json: Removed the entire file, which assigned the Azure Policy Add-on for AKS clusters to the landing zones management group.

Documentation update:

• docs/wiki/Whats-new.md: Added a section on the removal of the duplicate assignment and portal option of the Azure Policy Add-on for AKS clusters at the Landing Zones scope.
