Proper Initial Release

Changes:

#1 Addon could not load because the used event was abstract without proper implementation.
Now addon will manually add processor in every event handler list.

Initial Release

This addon allows adding EpicHopper interface protection. It will use Flags.HOPPERS flag from BentoBox.

For working, it requires at least BentoBox 1.6 and EpicHoppers 4.3.7.
