Release 1.0.0

This is the first version of the Nova Hook addon. This addon adds 2 new flags:

• NOVA_INTERACTION_PROTECTION - manages player's interactions with Nova Machines
• NOVA_USE_PROTECTION - manages player's Nova Items usage

Also, Nova machines should be prevented to break or to place blocks where they are not allowed based on machine owner.
