Created Eastern Front Soviet.cat and all unit profiles.
Added all selection units of Enemy at the Gates.
more unit selections
All units selections have been added. Root formations are left.
Finished it. There will probably be quite a few errors but it is workable for now.

Created the soviet forces from the latest Eastern Front Mid-War book. There might be a few errors but it is workable for now. If I find the time I will do the rest of the factions as well.
