In updating the Afrika Korps catalog to be more user and maintainer friendly, I've done a complete overhaul from the ground up in accordance with how other systems handle their data.

In this way, with a simple set of guidelines, we can move forward and update the rest of the data if this format is found to be conducive to co-operation and quality assurance.

I also added the Fallschirmjager splatbook "Death from Above" that can be added to any Mid-War German book; right now, it's only implemented in Afrika Korps since I don't see Ghost Panzers or Iron Cross in Battlescribe right now.

There's still some data entry work left for Afrika Korps (Command Cards, some abilities, some units I didn't have the cards for, etc), but it's mostly done at this point.

Oh, I did see "Dynamic Points 2024" recently; that hasn't been implemented, right? I can do that afterwards if y'all like this format.

To be more clear about general changes:

  1. Root Entries should only be references, not Selection Entries; I moved all SEs to the Shared Selection Entry area rather than the Root Selection Entry area.
  2. Categories go on REs, not SEs; this means maintainers will always Categorize REs in the RSEA rather than needing to swap them around inside the SSEA.
  3. Rather than replicating duplicate SEs within Companies, we can create a single SE and reference it multiple times. To get around the common "Max 1 of X" problem, you can just turn off "Shared" in the Constraint for a given SE Link. Please see almost all of my Companies for examples.
  4. Formation Support should only appear once a relevant Formation has been selected (if my interpretation of "any formations in the Force" is correct), so I've hidden their RSEs until their Formation is selected.

I merged the data and published a release as well. I haven't had time to take a look at the data yet.
