This one removes the /chat commands and overhauls the /room commands to compensate
Added more granular permissions to disable individual commands
Redesigned the %buttons% in the greeting
Added the ability to send greetings in companionless rooms
Added user timeouts to prevent channel spamming
Limited where some commands can be used (no /server in bot DMs)

Known issues:
/room clear is disabled for now
Allowing any server permissions and entering a password-protected channel throws a database error, potentially causing the password verification room to not get deleted in a case of bot blackout
