This one allows multiple managed roles per lobby or server
Also added per-lobby channel limits - they work pretty much like global server limits

This update introduces breaking changes to the local database - use the dbedit.lua file in the same folder as your .db flies to export your data to new table layout. Don't forget to make backups!
