Find camera automatically, display FrameInfo and pygame example

events is stalling liveview. Increased event period helps, but is only
a short term fix.
and show LiveView images via X or console (fbcon/svglib/etc).

Options to enable Large LiveView and FrameInfo data.
Note that camera may return different capabilities depending on its mode dial.
Add functionality to automatically search for camera(s) on the local network.

pyLiveView, pygameLiveView and dump_camera_capabilities use the first
camera found.
