Got to a really good point with the authentication. We can now authenticate against the complete list of methods. Whilst they must actually be supported by the camera to work, it might help some people out if Sony has them disabled...

Is it time to pull this into mainline?

If should be able to take just the last two commits (f04844e and 3570ad0) if you don't want the other stuff I've been tinkering with. Let me know if you want a rebased patch with just there.

Recreate 'authenticate' branch as I/git broke the previous one.

Basically a copy of 580f01e, but
with the doc files refreshed to current styling.

I was clean up my local machine, and this explains how I got the original secret string...
