libtool: add patch for 2.5

libtool 2.5 is used e.g. by pcre2.

Hmm, https://github.com/PCRE2Project/pcre2/releases/tag/pcre2-10.45 still seems to use 2.4. And the patch is yours, isn't it? I cannot find it in buildroot master. Anyway, 2.5 is out since a long time and we'll eventually see it.

interesting ... in basement-gnu-linux we have 10.44 - which comes with

I was unable to compile pcre2 10.44 for aarch64... (something like can't find /usr/lib/libc_nonshared.a) and found a unpatched libtool. 🤷

The patch is the same like for 2.4, no functional differences.. .
