Overview
This PR cleans up our documentation and migrates everything to one documentation folder. However, the primary purpose is to add documentation on the Data Submission – Submit button logic, which was requested by BE.
If there's anything inaccurate, or something that can be documented better, LMK. I tried to document the submit button logic as cleanly as I could, but I'm 100% open to any alternatives or suggestions if it isn't clear.
