logstorage: Fix issue with gzip

Current implementation facing issue generating gzip dlt log, hence fix is applied: + Fsync for gzip + Adapt option parsing of gzip with others + Align gzip otpion status (on,off,default,unknown) + Make gzip a dlt proprietary Signed-off-by: LUU QUANG MINH <[email protected]>
