The build failed because of the GitHub bill. I ran it locally and it passed. |

Our budget for GitHub Actions has been exceeded. You can run tests locally. If you need GH Action tests for some reason, we would need to make your project open source. That requires agreement by all team members. As you are the only team working on your project proposal, it would be acceptable by UQ's integrity rules. We would have to limit contributions by non-team members. |

I fixed all the test failures and added tests for getting orders with different statuses.
