Returns the list of all commands you can use in the server. or help for a specific command.
- RegUser:
!help- This would DM the user the full list of commands they have available to them, taking into account perm level and the server's specific enabled commands.
- RegUser:
!help ping- This would DM the user the help information for the Ping command.
