Click on "Clone or download" and select "Download ZIP" and save the downloaded zip.

Extract the files
Open chrome://extensions from Chrome
Turn on developer mode
Click on "Load unpacked extension"
Select the folder which contains the files
From now, every time you load the MIS Portal website, it should work properly.
