The Caribou Firmware is based on the Original Prusa Firmware where adjustments are done to support the new design, hardware and electronics. Also new features which aren't implemented (yet) in Prusa Firmware are available.
IMPORTANT: MK3s users will have to turn the direction of the y motor cable! for firmware 3.12.1 and later!
PLEASE be patient when the xflash is updated, this can take up to 60 sec.

Prusa firmware uses different commit numbers compared to Caribou: Caribou 3.14.0 build 8698 is based on Prusa 3.14.0 build 8066, but as it has some additional features, hence the commit numbers are different.
!!! Please use the right hex files for your Caribou printer, otherwise it may not work properly !!!

Naming of different variants:
BE = Bondtech Extruder with E3d hotend
BM = Bondtech Extruder with Mosquito hotend
BMH = Bondtech Extruder with Mosquito hotend and Slice High Temperature Sensor
BMM = Bondtech Extruder with Mosquito Magnum hotend
BMMH = Bondtech Extruder with Mosquito Magnum hotend and Slice High Temperature Sensor
R = Revo hotend
RH = Revo high-flow hotend
BER = Bondtech extrduer + Revo hotend
BERH = Bondtech extrduer + Revo high-flow hotend
