This pull request refactors the initialization methods of the ConfluencePlugin and DiscordPlugin classes. It removes unused arguments, extracts the Confluence API to an interface, and updates the ConfluencePlugin to use channels for items and errors. These changes improve the code structure and make it easier to maintain and extend.
