Added "How to Play", "Terms of Service", and "Privacy Policy" Pages

Here's what i did -

• I have added the "How to Play" Page and also added a tutorial video in it.
• I have added the "Terms of Service" Page.
• I have added the "Privacy Policy" Page.
• Tried my best to Style the pages to follow the website color theme.
• I have added the link in the Footer by replacing the Repetitive Links.
