Made Contributors page "Responsive" and fixed Failed to load resource "contributors.css"

• Issue fixes [Bug]: Failed to load resource "contributors.css" #559

I have made the page responsive and also moved the CSS of contributors into head of the HTML file, with this it will fix the server 404 error of not loading CSS file and the styled contributors page will reflect after the deployment on everyone screen
