Issue fixes Enhance Ui of FAQs Page: Proper Alignments, FIx Accordian and Make it Responsive #583

I have:

Enhanced the Ui of the FAQ Page
Adjust and added proper alignments
Integrated navbar and footer
Enhanced the working of accordion (if one answer is open then previous one closes)
Added vertical scrollbar
Remove the back to home button
Made it Responsive
