Big time update!

Changelog

  1. Ported over to IV-SDK .NET!
  2. Added an API which allows other IV-SDK .NET script developers to summon their own lightning bolts via the “SendScriptCommand” function!
  3. Added scriptable lightning bolts!
  4. Peds can now react to the sound of thunder!
  5. Peds might now be in danger when they are walking around with a umbrella equipped…
  6. The lightning bolts will be randomized better!
  7. Lightning bolts can now have branches!
  8. The clouds will now light up when there is atleast one lightning bolt in the world making it even more immersive!
  9. There is now actual delay between seeing a lightning bolt and hearing the thunder based on the distance.
  10. Thunder sounds will now be paused when the GTA IV window is not in focus.
  11. Removed Compressor and Echo effect. Echo effect might return in the future tho maybe.
