This PR allows (optionally) training MetaCATs during supervised training.
It only trains MetaCATs for which the category name exists in the trainer export.
It also adds a few small tests to make sure this works correctly.
PS:
With #515 the check for suitable MetaCATs according to category name may need adjusting since the PR allows for alterantives category names.
