  • reorganises the run, load_examples.py and adds shell scripts for:
    • backing (cp-ing) the sqlite DB to a medcattrainer-api-db-backup volume,
    • restoring a specified backup db, or the latest
  • backups are taken at each startup - before startup,
  • a cron tab is used in the service

Task linked: CU-8692nw7qj improve release process to backup existing DB before new release migrates / modifies the DB.
