Migrate to interops calls in SDK

Purpose

The interop calls has been migrated to the .NET SDK. This PR migrates to those in the SDK such that the CCD scan use the SDK as much as possible and doesn’t have duplicated logic.

Changes

• Migrated to interop calls now in the NET SDK.
