Fix WalletConnect stuck loading

Purpose

Fix WalletConnect stuck loading, which used to happen if the app is opened through a link.
The bug was introduced after recent changes to WalletConnect request queuing.

Changes

• Do not queue WalletConnect request if currently waiting for one;
