Campfire Improvements

Campfires will now drop unlit campfires when broken with an axe without silk touch. When broken with silk touch, they drop a lit campfire. When broken without an axe or silk touch, they drop their usual drops. (Soul soil, if a soul campfire, charcoal otherwise.)
