What is Internet?

Internet is a network of networks that is used to interlinked many different types of computers all over the world.

What Is DNS ?

The Domain Name System (DNS) is the phonebook of the Internet. Humans access information online through domain names, like nytimes.com or espn.com. Web browsers interact through Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. DNS translates domain names to IP addresses so browsers can load Internet resources.

What is Status Code?

Status codes are issued by a server in response to a client's request made to the server. ... All HTTP response status codes are separated into five classes or categories. The first digit of the status code defines the class of response, while the last two digits do not have any classifying or categorization role.

What is Port Number?

For a computer connected to a network with an IP address, a port is a communication endpoint. Ports are designated by numbers, and below 1024 each port is associated by default with a specific protocol.

All HTTP request methods

The most common types of request methods are GET and POST but there are many others, including HEAD, PUT, DELETE, CONNECT, and OPTIONS. GET and POST are widely supported while support for other methods is sometimes limited but expanding.
