- Hold
<Shift>
to pause cycling through components. - Hold
<Ctrl>
to fast-forward cycling through components. Hold<Ctrl + Shift>
to cycle backwards through components.- This feature can be disabled in the config.
- While mousing over components with NBT data, or that are part of a cycle, hold
<Shift>
to display additional information in the tooltip.- This feature can be adjusted in the config.
- Diagrams can be configured to show or hide themselves depending on whether
<Ctrl>
or<Shift>
is held while looking up a component in NEI. - The arrow keys can be used to scroll diagrams that are too large to fit in the NEI window.
While hovering over the diagram:
- If the diagram is too large to fit in the NEI window, then the scroll wheel can be used to scroll the diagram up or down.
- The scroll speed and direction are adjustable in the config.
- If the diagram fits in the NEI window, then the scroll wheel will have its default NEI behavior of scrolling through pages.
- This feature can be disabled in the config, to prevent accidentally scrolling through pages when you meant to scroll up or down.
- Hold
<Shift>
and use the scroll wheel to scroll through cycling components.
While hovering over the vertical scrollbar:
- The scroll wheel will scroll the diagram up or down.
- Left click (do not hold or drag!) to activate the scrollbar. While the scrollbar is active, it will move with your mouse cursor.
- Left click again anywhere to de-activate the scrollbar.
- Right click (do not hold or drag!) to scroll the scrollbar to the mouse position without activating it.
While hovering over the horizontal scrollbar:
- The scroll wheel will scroll the diagram left or right.
- Clicking works the same way as the vertical scrollbar.
While hovering over the page indicator at the top:
- The scroll wheel will have its default NEI behavior of scrolling through pages.
