Prototype (PINE 64+) - v0.1

First version of DAISEE prototype

This version allows to connect a consumer and a producer directly (through a relay).
The script triggers a transaction when the energy balance of consumer is too low.

Tested with an Arduino Uno and a MicroBot Relay Shield V2
