Tested with some API and works same as a Linux version, no Windows specific bugs detected.

History of changes:
- Built on latest sources (Nov 14, 2017) merged from original https://github.com/jl777/SuperNET dev branch repo. Since last time the dev branch of jl777's repo is stable, and spvdex branch is for developement. So, next releases will be follow dev branch.
- Now release includes 32-bit and 64-bit executables of marketmaker.exe ...
- Bug fixes. Appears to fixed one big memory leak.
