Update the instructions for using Mase with Colab. The previous guidelines were based on the Mase CLI, which now appears to be deprecated.
As of today, Colab has announced the deployment of Python 3.11 on the running environment : Colab Announcement. This update made it perfect compatibility with Mase with the code cell.
