What's considered a non-security emergency situation? And why do there have to be multiple for code red?

These are the same things as the (apparently?) more up to date wiki. They aren't my changes, I'm just resolving the conflict/confusion between the two

Regardless uh... I'm pretty sure non-security emergencies would tend to fall under the other codes (yellow, violet, white). As I read this: a singuloose alone would be yellow, a glimmer cascade alone would be white, but both together would be red.

- Discipline: Report to supervisor for general orders. Martial law is in effect. Open carry disallowed for non-security personnel. Searches and departmental raids may be performed at the discretion of security personnel and without a warrant. Arrests of officers permitted at discretion of security personnel. Threats that have been incapacitated by lethal force may be kept in Preservative Stasis until Code Gamma has been rescinded. Security is fully authorized to take whatever actions deemed necessary to neutralize or repel station threats. Propose evacuation or scuttling if station cannot be retaken.

- Armory Policy: Issuing of lethal weapons heavily recommended. Body armour and helmets mandatory for Security personnel, permitted for distribution to authorised personnel. EVA protection heavily advised for all personnel. |

Authorized by whom? Does this just mean all crew?

Again, not the person who wrote it. Regardless, I believe "authorized" would mean "legally authorized to carry weaponry per SOP", that being primarily security.
- Discipline: All personnel must expend all efforts to prevent station destruction. Martial law is in effect. Searches and departmental raids may be performed at the discretion of security personnel and without a warrant. Arrests of officers permitted at discretion of security personnel. Threats that have been incapacitated by lethal force may be kept in Preservative Stasis until Code Delta has been rescinded. Security is fully authorized to take whatever actions deemed necessary to neutralize or repel station threats.
- Secure Areas: All secure areas and HSAs should remain unlocked.

About the PR
Title. I probably missed something while copy/pasting, so... tell me please if you notice
Why / Balance
It's been bothering me for a while. The in-game guidebook being out of date has caused a fair bit of confusion. Several direction people have said the version on the wiki is more up to date, so here it is.
Media
Lots of changes, but it's just text...
