java -jar PatchMaker_WIN-1.1.jar <init version> <target version> <patch file>

This is a windows only version, and it now deletes the temporary files it creates.

If you do not run it with the optional args, you will be prompted with it when it launches, must be run from the console.

1.0-WIN

Run the jar

java -jar PatchMaker_WIN-1.0.jar <initial version> <target version> <patch output>

if u don't put it in the args, it will prompt you for them when it loads
This only works for windows ok
