Introduces sample dashboards feature, which are deployed using monaco. The first set of dashboards included is the Executive Service SLO Dashboard, which consists of two main dashboards: the Executive Overview Dashboard and the SLI Threshold Evaluation Dashboard. These dashboards provide insights into the effectiveness of different SLI thresholds and SLO targets, helping users visualize and manage the performance and reliability of their services.
