Controls

Controls are sets of alleles that have been associated with a known sample. They are used to determine Quantification Bias Factors and in the future will be integrated into automated positive control QA metrics.

Registering a Control

To register a control, there must first exist a valid Bin Estimator Project. Once a Bin Estimator has been created, navigate to the Controls tab in the left panel. Enter in a unique barcode for the control, select the appropriate Bin Estimator, populate the allele present for each locus, and press submit.
