Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the deployment deviceShifu cooperate LwM2M Gateway when used in the corresponding Edgedevice configuration GatewaySettings.LwM2MSetting.UpdateIntervalSec for a non positive integer (0 / - 1/2/3, etc.), Still able to deploy and run successfully.

Describe the solution you'd like

When the user settings GatewaySettings. LwM2MSetting. UpdateIntervalSec is a positive integer, when deployed yaml, throw an exception.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Set the internal configuration check, setting the corresponding cluster status to Error.
