This commit adds a checklist-style page for exhibitions, shows, and
conferences that FOSS@MAGIC attends. I tried to make this as
comprehensive as I could based on what I remember from how we organize
events. I also added some new requirements based on new functionality
with our website, e.g. add projects and events to the website in
advance.

This is a first start, and hopefully will be iterated on over time as we
attend more events.

Closes #16.

Looks great! Left some suggestions (maybe for future issues?) but none of them blocking.

Is there a location for where we store active FOSS@MAGIC projects? We often show off some usual long-running projects and it'd be good to not have to always re-submit them for each event in this sort of call thing.

I assume this would be the website that we would store them but just being clear :)

We do, but it needs a whole lot of love.

We've presented/tabled at a number of conferences without these for what it's worth.

This is probably more relevant for Maker Faire / Imagine than actual industry conferences. I will add a note to the Inventory tips section for events with a longer travel haul involved. Thanks for pointing it out.

1. Display [FOSS@MAGIC website](https://fossrit.github.io) on one monitor and other project work on other monitor
1. Set up hardware projects in center of table
1. If missing equipment or need supplies from outside the venue, [contact FOSS@MAGIC staff](/about/contact) immediately
1. Make loose plans with all volunteers for who will be present at table when, when lunch break is, etc.

A script outline on FOSS@MAGIC would be super useful.

@Nolski Like an elevator pitch? Do you think this is sufficient?
