• Doom2 - M_HELL - Commenting out picname declaration due to Zandronum not falling back to a text string when an image is missing.
• Repositioning Works of the Masters location in menu to be just below Master Levels.
• Apparently Wadsmoosh renames the NERVE maps/episode. Added proper compatibility for stock NERVE.
• Adding comments to distinguish between each item.
