Some Features and Bugfixes

This release contains new features that allow for better customization of the highlighting:

• Line highlighting can now be configured (fill, outline, underline or none).
• Icons are now used within the gutter to indicate the lines that where identified by the regular expressions.
• The regular expressions can now be constraint to match only complete words. This can be enabled and disabled for all filter expressions via a configuration option.
• The settings dialog now uses the new settings view of sublime text 3.

In addition there I've fixed some minor bugs:

• Lines are now highlighted without highlighting the last portion of the previous line.
• Bookmarks where sometimes offset by one line.

Readme update

This release contains no code updates. Feel free using 1.0.0 instead. It just fixes some issues with the readme file.
