This plugin is made to be used with Luckperms.
Players can set who invited them with the command /invitedby <player>. This command can only be used one time and the inviter cannot be changed once it is defined.
With command /invitereward <number> <luckperms_group>, Admins can set that players who invited more than people will be added to the <luckperms_group> group and get all of its permissions.
