Update this repository to use new CI-CD Actions in FreeRTOS/CI-CD-Github-Actions
Add missing paths to manifest.yml
Formatting changes for new uncrustify config fil
Use cspell for spelling check
Updated github workflow file
Use free ubuntu runner for CBMC proofs now that it is going to be multicore by default
