milk no longer removes thaumcraft warp effect

Thaumcraft effects caused by warp remove the default curative item (milk bucket), calling the curePotionEffects method only removes effects that should be cleared by milk instead of all.
To test this, you can't give yourself any of the effects (like unnatural hunger) with the /effect command. You have to give yourself warp and wait for the effect to be applied by the warp.

Approving since this should handle warp nicely, though I think this will still clear Nutrition potion effects, something to be aware of (though this is speculative, I haven't tested it)
