Description

This is a remake of the partial PR #39.

This adds Space Law, covering the majority of the basics, if not all, with modifiers and court rulings (for OOC decisions on in-game mechanics, intended for more to be added over time). There's surely more to be added overtime, but this irons out the basics for Goob with a hefty load of individuals.

This takes everything from Goob LRP and mixes/separates it out for more in-depth charges in the MRP environment.

There's lots to do still and even more to potentially iron out with feedback. For now, this is setup with a multiple breakdown of the TODOs.

Basic Space Law

• Port Goob LRP Space Law
• Port DS14 Space Law
• Reword Space Laws and reorganize for better roleplay and different environment.
• Tidy up the Sheet Layout for transferring to in-game.
• Set up Crime List with Sheet
• Color-code and group crimes by type.
• Add Psionics rulings.
• Add Shadowkin-specific rulings (probably moving this to Court Rulings, leaving it here for now).

Modifiers & Explanations

• Import modifiers table.
• Explain groupings and breakdowns.
• Explain standalones groups and stacking charges.
• Add prisoner treatment, brigging treatment (redundancy with SOP), and executions (redundancy as well).

Court Rulings and Trials

• Add Court Rulings section.
• Add Trial Procedures and Trial Rulings.
• Add Lawyer and Judge section for Trials.

Miscellaneous

• Change the size of the guidebook to accommodate a table graph (crime list).
• Rename localization files for more consistency.

Removals

• Remove Crime Assist App (pending rework for GS14 Space Law, maybe?)
• Remove old Space Law (that was ported with Server Rules).
