Added and changed (for a3-megagpu-8g) README.md to link to new location of Pytorch topology documentation.
Added supporting code to run pytorch topology example for A3-High, and A3-Ultra
- Testing: Tested A3-Mega resulting in 5 successful runs which reflect expected behavior
