Data Support

More work needs to be done on providing data support. Currently versions 1.4.x and 1.2.x are (mostly) supported. Ideally the library needs to incorporate more information about the game (i.e Unit Costs, build times, ability costs, cooldown times). It also needs ability differentiation.
