schizo sort is an O(0) sorting algorithm that always completes in the same amount of time.
it does this by completely disregaring input and doing its own thing, hence the name
schizo sort.
I could not find the original creator of the schizo_sort algorithm, but the original image that i've seen implements this algorithm in Python. Python isn't the fastest programming language per-se, so this crate implements the same algorithm, but in blazingly fast Rust 🚀.
