Validation of ISETCam ISET3d for Cornell box.

We ran the Figure files in the GitHub repository for isetcornellbox with this release.

Final version of V3 development

At this time, we are moving all of our new developments to ISET3d-V4. That repository may become the new 'ISET3d', and this one is likely to be renamed ISET3d-V3.

We will probably be copying the relevant portions of the wiki pages over in some way, as well.

Before sceneauto merge (works with blender)

We are saving this version of master because we think it works with the Blender files. We are unsure that we have preserved all the necessary functions for importing blender in the sceneauto branch, which will become the master.

After we do the sceneauto merge into dev and master, we will return to the issue of making sure Blender works too.
