To test:

To save time you can add the MySQL task to come right after the Java and Git tasks. To do so, add the following line after the java and git install here.
self._mysql_tasks.install_mysql()

Then you can run the deploy script instrument_deploy.bat say no to backup and the first three tasks should now be the relevant Java, Git and MySQL.
